Anders Poll Bobbi |
Anders Main Dock has remained our rock for the recent past. His continued success in production includes herdsires such as Potion (Reserve National Champion Bull), who now works at Cochrane Stock Farms and Remedy who has also worked in our own program. His first calf heifers wean off our best group of wpd. calves time after time. His extra length of body in his offspring is an obvious compensatory mechanism for his birth weight, as we’ve helped only one second-calf heifer with birthing. His largest contributory factor is his ability to sire extremely docile cattle. Stopping there in description would be unjust as the udder type on females is flawless, the scrotal size of his bulls and the overall growth are significant and relevant too!

Koyle Ripper was purchased as a mature bull. Ripper’s Dam has productivity written all over her progeny (Koyle Polled Pit-bull, Koyle Naomi). His ability to sire calves with muscle shape and show ring style is outstanding. The Ripper calves walking the pastures have structure, style and growth. The commercial producers will benefit greatly from this sire!

At the time of purchase Titan was easily the stoutest bull calf on the show circuit in 2007. Moderate framed and extremely stout. Nothing about him has changed and we love that! One of the broadest based and freest moving sires we have seen. Our herd bull for the future and with great pride. His sire has been described as the stoutest homo polled homo black bull that anyone has seen in the industry. We regard him highly!

Payne’s Game Day is moderate framed, very stout, sure footed bull. Made for the heifer pen with a great disposition and he will make a great addition to our black program. We are looking forward to his calves this spring.

Rough Rider is terrifically long and deep bodied with functional attributes such deep healed feet, free, fluid movement and a large scrotal. His service is available in The Event 2009 and will also be a significant contribution to our 2010 calf crop. To say that we are excited to have this Champion as the new leader of our program is the largest understatement we could make. Shouting it from the rooftops would be a more reasonable approach!
